Yesterday, I went to the Upperhouse showflat after being invited by WGD STL Tricia Ong to support her sharing session, “Woman Unfiltered,” which focused on Ambition, Motherhood, Marriage & Success. I also met Tricia’s hubby, Angus, and many TOD members who were there to support her too. 😊
Although the topic is more relevant to mothers, whenever Tricia invites me to support her sharing, no matter what the topic is, I must be there—unless I already have a prior appointment! 💪😄
It was such a heartfelt and emotional sharing, with tears shed by both presenters, including some audience members.
Jia You, ladies! 💪 The journey ahead is filled with opportunities waiting for you to discover, embrace, and continue to grow, inspire and shine. Cheers!

After receiving an update from WGD member, Jemimah Tan that she would be meeting her new member, Sabrina to collect her PropNex ID tag, I made my way to PropNex to meet them both.
It was a pleasure welcoming Sabrina alongside her manager, WGD member Jemimah Tan, in Tricia Ong District, as she collected her PropNex ID tag. Naturally, we had to capture the moment with a photo at the iconic PropNex backdrop!
I then invited them to my office to chat about the journey in real estate. Over a casual chat, I shared how PropNex’s comprehensive training platforms, useful apps and strong support system can help Sabrina build a strong foundation and accelerate her real estate journey.

My Real Estate Kickstart Journey with PropNex began when I joined Megaforce – Powerful Negotiators, under Kelvin Fong & Associates.
At the start of my journey, my direct manager was Cijay, who played an important role in guiding and supporting me as I took my first steps into the real estate industry.
Kelvin has risen to become the CEO of PropNex. My boss, Cijay, is now a PropNex Agency Vice President, while I’ve progressed to become a PropNex Associate Branch District Director.
Looking back, it is truly inspiring to see how far all of us the journey has come.
I am grateful for the people, experiences and opportunities that have been part of my real estate journey with PropNex.

She wanted to know more about how to kick-start her journey in this industry, so I invited her to my office for a further chat.
That’s what I love about PropNex — the unselfish sharing culture. We’re always happy to share our experiences with fellow PropNexians, regardless of which team you belong to.
At the end of the day, just enjoy the journey and enjoy what we do!

As a member of Hokkien Toastmasters Club, joined last year, attended to support my friend Damien Koh who took part in the speech competition. Presentations by the various contestants resulted in full of laughters, especially on the topic of umbrella. Another round of loud laughters when a contestant suddenly switched from speaking Hokkien to Mandarin language, haha… So much to enjoy whenever attending the club activities.
