Having been a housewife for 15 years, I was quite worried about going into Real Estate as a career.

I benefitted immensely from Powerful Negotiators’ structured training programme and I was beginning to experience the benefits in just 10 months. The culture of the Group is really unique. We work as a team to share information and knowledge unselfishly.
I found myself learning faster. Ideas created during the discussions and the boding formed within the team really benefitted my professional growth.

Out of 4,000 agents in PropNex, I managed to be the Champion Rookie and No. 17th Sales Producer in 2006. If I am left to do this on my own with no support, I don’t think I will have the motivation to achieve so much.

I joined Powerful Negotiators at the age of 58, after being retrenched, working with the co for more than 33 years, with retirement benefits (golden handshake). This team has a structured and systematic business model, coupled with a very wide range of listings (more than 5000) for easy kick start, very good especially for newbie. These are the main factors contributing to my quick progress. Prior to joining this Team, i attended career seminars at a many other property agencies but was not convinced to be part of their team. I also had attended interviews to be a storeman since my previous job was a Warehouse Manager, offering $1300 per mth but was rejected due to my age.

The Team conducts monthly IPCS (Interactive Presentation & Case Studies) training and the topics includes latest policy changes affecting buying and selling of properties, market movements, etc, etc, including case studies/sharing sessions. The managers in the team are all ever ready to help, providing on the spot/ad hoc guidance as and when needed. The strength of the team are their cohesiveness, motivated enviornment, caring and unselfish culture. Everyone is willing to share their knowledge.

Previously, I was an employee but now i am on my own and the opportunity to make huge income is limitless! In fact i am now earning more than my my previous co which i hv worked for more than 33 yrs! Definitely, i have no regrets joining this team and is very blessed to have found the right team with the winning spirit.

Having already nearly 6 years of experience as a real estate agent, I was very skeptical about the Powerful Negotiators System. In fact I questioned Kelvin, the Group Leader, about how I could benefit from it. Putting my doubts aside, I eventually made the switch and my sales quadrupled within months. It's shockingly easy! Our team directors have given me a lot of support and ancillaries. The team members are also willing to share knowledge and provide moral support to each other. The training provided by the team is very useful and all my property transactions are done through the knowledge provided from the training and through the sharing done by my boss Kelvin Fong.
This team has excellence teamwork and is full of love. It also provides us with a proper and system to work in. I am very happy to be with Powerful Negotiators and PropNex Realty Pte Ltd.

I attended quite a number of real estate companies’ seminar before deciding to join PropNex, and specifically the Powerful Negotiators Group. What attracted me was the practical and realistic working style and attitude it has. The greatest strength of the Group is that everyone is very united and caring. This helps me grow even faster than if I were to join any other group, especially when I am new to the industry.

The young team motivates me to work even harder for my career. I have more activity, listing and closing ever since I joined Mega Force. I have also received lots of useful and practical trainings.

The Directors of Powerful Negotiators is willing to share with us their valuable experience and dedicate their precious time to help us solve problems.

In my opinion, the main reason why the team is able to grow and produce results year after year is the great system and teamwork. We have a proven system to market all properties. We always give the seller’s properties maximum exposure with a reduced marketing cost.

The teamwork in Powerful Negotiators is something I did not experience in my previous agency. I am feeling more motivated and not so lost now. Each of us has our own clienteles. We can sell our properties even without advertisement with the help of our colleagues.

I am glad I made the right choice to join Powerful Negotiators.

No regrets in joining Powerful Negotiators. The whole team’s spirit is wonderful. Something I cannot find elsewhere.

You will never believe that the team bonding is so strong here. We share info and market movement so readily. Inter team encouragement really boosts individual fighting spirit to a higher level.

Training provided by Powerful Negotiators is a tailor-made course that enhances our knowledge and skills to secure exclusive listing and our negotiation power during closing deals.

However, I have to write this email.  I would like to say A BIG THANK YOU to Alvin who helped me serve my buyer at Beacon last Sat, 14 Feb (Valentine's Day), a day difficult to forget.
 
Without him, I would not have closed a deal at Tampines (4-rm HDB).

I think the teamwork and camaraderie at Powerful Negotiators is highly commendable, especially in the property biz and I don’t think I need to elaborate.  I don't know who Alvin is but just a phone call and he was willing to do me such a big favor.  What's worth mentioning is that my buyer is still contacting me for viewings. 

Lastly, not forgetting to thank my 2 mentors - Richard & Shirley, for constantly encouraging me and calling me regularly to ensure I am doing fine.

I have been here running full time for almost 6 weeks and finally close my 1st duel. I will to take the opportunity to thank for Kelvin Fong, Bobby Sng, Irene Sng, Maureen Kang, Choon Hong, Alvin Koh, Aileen Chew, Si en  and other megaforce team players for been very supportive towards me by giving a lot of advices and show me the path.
 
I am proud to be part of Megaforce and I must do my best and carry on to close more duels soon.  It is a tough road for a new agent like me who know nothing about properties but I am more than willing to learn from all of you. To the fresh agents who called me just now for tip, I may not be experienced enough, but Ive learnt that when the sky is darkest, never give up and the stars will eventually come out to shine on you.  It always happen. If you really want it badly enough, the universal law of attraction will ultimately bring it to you.

I am just back from Hong Kong and at this first opportunity,I would sincerely like to Thank Marie for helping me close Viz@Holland at $1200psf.
 
It is really amazing that a co-broke agent (Marie) did most of the running to help me close a unit! You see, I collected a cheque from a very careful buyer at $1188psf before I left and passed to Marie (together with my buyer's contact). The offer was rejected by the seller when I was in Hong Kong (insisting on $1200psf instead), but Marie spent one whole afternoon with this very careful buyer of mine (and trust me, this is NOT and easy buyer) to push them to offer higher at $1200psf (instead of just returning them the initial cheque)!!! I was planning to push them when I am back today but now the deal is closed!!! WOW!!!
 
I believe that outside our Megaforce group, something like this will never happen. This incident of teamwork really touched me and I would like to say A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART to Marie in front of all you guys and gals! Yeah Marie, I owe you a BIG ONE (or a BIG CRAB, heh heh)

I just want to share my experience for those who are new in Megaforce.  I was blessed to be able to close one unit at the Stellar (#02-02) with Lawrence Teo yesterday night.
 
The deal was done while I was away in KL, Sepang yesterday. I met my client on Sunday to offer them the unit and they were very keen but I had to go away on Monday.  So I was negotiating the offer with them on the phone while I was in KL.  When they made the offer I called Lawrence and we were able to settle on a final offer at $740 psf with check.  Thereafter, since I was not able to come back to collect the check to make the offer, I ask Lawrence and he was gracious enough to collect the check from my buyer and made the offer.  Eventually, he closed the deal and delivered the option to my buyer at about 9 pm yesterday night... at which time I was still stuck on the North South Highway when the Lotus I was driving broke down!! 
 
Ladies and gentleman, trust in the system and the team spirit and deals will and can be done. I will gladly do the same for any of you in Megaforce.. so that we can close and move on to the next deal.

Since Apr I joined MF, I have finally closed my first deal 3 days ago with external co-broke agent.
 
Although this time I couldn't close deal internally, but I still want to thank Aaaron Ho, Lawrence Yeo, Joseph Tan and Elain Tan for their great support to nego price with their seller until last mins.......
 
I also want to thank Cijay's and Irene Sng's great support during my dealing with the buyer and the co-broke agent.
 
Without Cijay's support and guidiance, I am afraid I might have hard time to close the deal, or the worst, buyer might lose confident for me due to I couldn't answer their questions just before they issue the cheque. Without Irene's guidiance, I might not able to get my commission from the co-broke agent!
 
Last but not least, I want to thank our MF's team work and team spirit. 
 
I know is very lengthy, but please allow me to share with you my bad experience dealt with an external agent and how fortunate for me to be a member of MF. 
 
To be frank, I did not have tough time to get cheque from my buyer but I had a hard time dealt with the external co-broke agent.  The one that I supposed to deal with is new agent.  As she was new, she brought her so call "up line" ,David Soh, to talk to me when collect cheque from me. I guess she thought that I was an 'old bird'

When I exchanged name card with them, David Soh asked me which team in Propnex am I from.  I told him is Mega Force.
He said "oooh, Mega Force'
I said ' oh, do you know Mega Force?'
He replied ' of course, people who knows Propnex how can they don't know Mega Force.  It's a very strong team.'
 
At that moment I really felt very proud to be one of the member in MF, just like I always feel proud to be a Singaporean when I am in overseas. 
 
From this good experience, I strongly believe, a strong team spirit and strong team support is very important for a team.  Once we are united,  nobody will dare to 'bully' us even if we are a new agent. 
 
Hereby, I wwant to tell everyone, I am very proud to be one of the member of this family.
