William embarked in his real estate career with PropNex since April 2006 after attending several career seminars from different agencies.  He had tried his hand to be a storeman, attending interviews, offering $1300 per mth to make use of his past experience as Warehouse Manager, but was rejected due to his age. His decisiveness in joining the Team “Powerful Negotiators” (formerly known as Megaforce) was due to the warm welcome & passionate team-mates that made him feel the difference from the rest.

Being retired as a Warehouse Manager in a Multi National Tobacco Company, “British American Tobacco”, managing three warehouses and a team of 22 subordinates, his passion in leading & helping others to succeed made him decide to manage his own team in real estate too. 

Given his positive attitude & willingness to learn from even the younger generation, William quickly learn the ropes of the trade and within a year achieved his promotion to Team Manager. He had since being promoted to Associate Division Director on 01 Jan 2010. He benefitted greatly from his previous management experience & currently leading a team of more than 30 agents who specialise in private residential properties in district 1 to 11, including landed and commercial properties.

Though he is considered as semi-retiree mode, his positive work attitude & mindset had greatly influenced many of his peers & partners around him. William is a role model that many of his team-mates set as a benchmark of a good leader & someone whom the peers can seek advice from. However, he accredits his success to being part of the POWERFUL NEGOTIATORS transparent network & proven successful RealTime system.  The team’s friendly and wonderful culture has enhanced his ability to close many deals & enabled him to achieve many of his Top Producers & Top Managers awards.
